About the Role
As a General Operative, you will support our project teams across construction sites in Dublin.
You’ll assist with the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensure site areas are kept safe and organized, and work collaboratively with tradespeople and site supervisors to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist trades and site teams with day-to-day mechanical works and general laboring tasks.
Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
Load, unload, and move materials as required.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on-site.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Support the delivery of projects to the highest quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (essential).
Previous experience working on construction sites (essential).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Fluency in English for effective communication and safety compliance
