🌟 Another Proud Moment for M&P Mechanical — Featured Again in Ireland's Plumbing & Heating Magazine! 🌟

We were delighted to see M&P Mechanical once again featured in Plumbing & Heating Magazine issue this month; this time celebrating the success of our 2025 Apprentice of the Year, Killian Murphy.

Killian continues to represent the very best of our training standards. His drive, leadership, and exceptional technical ability have set him apart from the beginning, and his recognition as Apprentice of the Year 2025 reflects not only his hard work, but the strength of the M&P Mechanical Apprenticeship Programme and the mentors who support it.

Our apprenticeship pathway remains a cornerstone of the company; developing skilled, confident tradespeople who grow into future leaders within our teams. Killian’s achievement is a testament to that commitment.

Tj Collier, Operations Director, described Killian as:

A special acknowledgment goes to Niamh O'Rourke, who coordinated Killian’s nomination, ensured all submissions and supporting documentation were prepared to the highest standard, and championed his achievements throughout the process.

We would also like to extend a warm congratulations to Gareth West of Designer Group, who received Highly Commended: Apprentice of the Year, an excellent accomplishment and a credit to the industry.
