With decades of industry experience and an in-depth understanding of the organisation’s operations, she oversees all financial processes, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Niamh O’Rourke brings strong expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and administrative governance to the Accounts Department. Working closely with Elaine, she manages day-to-day accounts activities while also overseeing key compliance and certification requirements across the business. Niamh’s attention to detail, organisational skill, and commitment to accuracy ensure that M&P Mechanical’s financial and ISO systems operate to the highest standards.

Joining M&P Mechanical in 2019, Gemma Lawless is a highly valued Senior Administrator known for her exceptional attention to detail and consistent reliability. Her strong organisational skills and methodical approach ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations across both offices. Gemma’s precision; paired with her commitment to maintaining structure, accuracy, and efficiency; makes her an essential support within the company and a trusted point of contact for teams across the business. As the newest addition to the team, Jodie Kelly supports both the purchasing and financial functions with enthusiasm and adaptability.
