With over 30 years of experience in the mechanical industry, Aidan Kerr is one of M&P Mechanical's most experienced and respected Senior Project Managers. Having joined the company in 2013, he brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise and leadership to every project he undertakes.

Throughout his career, Aidan has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale residential developments, district heating schemes and complex apartment complexes. His extensive experience enables him to confidently manage every stage of a project, ensuring programmes are achieved, quality standards are maintained and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

As Senior Project Manager, Aidan is responsible for coordinating projects from commencement through to successful completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure every development is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. His proactive approach and ability to find practical solutions have earned him the trust of colleagues and clients alike.
