Since joining M&P Mechanical in 2024, Aisling Lawless has made a significant impact on the business, progressing quickly into her current role as Purchasing Manager. Her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach have been instrumental in driving efficiencies across the purchasing function while supporting the company's continued growth.

As Purchasing Manager, Aisling is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the purchasing department, ensuring materials are procured efficiently, supplier relationships are maintained and projects receive the support they need to remain on programme. Working closely with our management, engineering and accounts teams, she plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication across the business.

Aisling has successfully introduced and implemented a number of new processes, including the full integration of M&P Mechanical's Sage Purchase Order system. This has streamlined purchasing operations, improved collaboration between purchasing, management and accounts, enhanced cost control and strengthened reporting capabilities throughout the company.

Known for her calm and approachable manner, Aisling has quickly established herself as a trusted leader within the business. Her ability to remain organised under pressure, combined with her commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service, has earned the respect of colleagues, suppliers and clients alike.
