Aisling Lawless

Aisling joined M&P Mechanical in 2024 as a Purchasing Administrator and quickly progressed into a leadership role. Her organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset have been key to strengthening the department. With support from Kevin Murphy and Niamh O'Rourke during their transitions, Aisling adapted rapidly to growing responsibilities and played a major role in implementing the company’s new fully integrated purchasing system. Her leadership and commitment to continuous improvement continue to bring structure, consistency, and efficiency to the business.
