Dean Hussey has been an integral part of M&P Mechanical since joining the company in 2016 and has built an outstanding reputation through his commitment, professionalism and ability to consistently deliver successful projects. With over 15 years of experience in the mechanical services industry, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise and leadership to every development he oversees.

Having progressed through the business over the years, Dean now serves as Contracts Manager, working closely alongside our Operations Director, TJ Collier, and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects throughout the North East region. His progression within M&P Mechanical is a testament to his dedication, capability and the confidence both colleagues and clients place in his leadership.

Dean is recognised for his exceptional organisational skills, both on site and behind the scenes. From coordinating site teams and subcontractors to managing programmes, resources and client expectations, he ensures every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. His proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail allow him to anticipate challenges, implement practical solutions and keep projects progressing on schedule.
