Dean Hussey has been an integral part of M&P Mechanical since joining the company in 2016, building an outstanding reputation through his commitment, professionalism and ability to consistently deliver successful projects. With over 15 years of experience in the mechanical services industry, Dean brings extensive knowledge, practical expertise and leadership to every development he oversees.

Having progressed through the business over the years, Dean now serves as Contracts Manager, working closely alongside our Operations Director, TJ Collier, and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects throughout the North East.

Dean is recognised for his exceptional organisational skills, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, programmes, resources and client expectations to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. His proactive approach and attention to detail allow him to anticipate challenges, implement practical solutions and keep projects progressing on schedule.

Dean's dedication, technical expertise and ability to successfully manage complex projects continue to play an important role in M&P Mechanical's growth and reputation for delivering excellence.
