Ian Reilly joined M&P Mechanical in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained across a variety of construction trades and disciplines. His broad industry knowledge, practical expertise and hands-on approach provide him with a well-rounded understanding of the construction process, making him a valuable asset to both our clients and project teams.

As Project Manager, Ian specialises in the successful delivery of large-scale residential developments, overseeing projects from planning through to completion. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure programmes are maintained, quality standards are achieved and every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest level of workmanship.

Ian's experience across multiple trades allows him to take a practical and collaborative approach to project management. His ability to understand the wider construction programme, anticipate challenges and coordinate the various elements of a development ensures projects progress smoothly while maintaining strong communication between all trades.
