As Senior Project Manager, Ian specialises in delivering large-scale residential developments, overseeing projects from planning through to completion. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure programmes are maintained, quality standards are achieved and projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
