Kevin Murphy

Since joining M&P Mechanical in 2020, Kevin Murphy has become a key member of the leadership team, bringing extensive experience in purchasing, operations and business development. Having previously worked within the company's Purchasing Department, Kevin developed a strong understanding of procurement, supplier management and operational processes before transitioning into the Service & Maintenance Division.

Now serving as Service & Maintenance Operations Manager, Kevin oversees the day-to-day operations of the administration side of the division, leading the office-based team while coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts, reactive maintenance, quotations, scheduling and client support. His ability to balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer service has been instrumental in the continued growth of the department.

Kevin has played a pivotal role in modernising the division by successfully implementing Fieldmotion, an integrated digital field management system that has transformed communication between office and site teams. The system has streamlined scheduling, reporting, engineer workflows and job management, providing greater visibility, improved efficiencies and a strong operational platform to support the future growth of the department.

With a strong commercial mindset, Kevin has also been instrumental in expanding the division's client base and increasing service and maintenance sales through the development of long-term client relationships and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. His focus on delivering responsive, reliable aftercare has strengthened M&P Mechanical's reputation within the servicing and maintenance sector and contributed significantly to the division's continued success.

Respected by both colleagues and clients for his professionalism, organisation and approachable manner, Kevin's leadership, innovation and commitment to continuous improvement continue to drive the Service & Maintenance Division from strength to strength, ensuring clients receive a responsive, high-quality service long after project completion.
