Niamh O'Rourke

Niamh joined M&P Mechanical in 2020 as a purchasing admin, while studying bookkeeping part-time. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail quickly saw her transition into the accounts department, where she gained valuable experience in the financial side of the business.

Over time, Niamh’s leadership abilities and commitment to excellence led her to take on a management role in our Dublin office, where she now oversees daily operations.

She also leads our Quality and Compliance functions, ensuring best practices are maintained both on-site and off-site. Niamh plays a key role in upholding our ISO and Safe-T-Cert certifications, driving continuous improvement across all areas of the company working closely alongside senior management.
