Niamh O'Rourke

Joining the family business in 2020 as a Purchasing Administrator while studying bookkeeping part-time. Niamh's strong organisational skills and attention to detail quickly saw her transition into the accounts department, where she gained valuable experience in the financial side of the business.

Over time, Niamh’s leadership abilities and commitment to excellence led her to take on a management role in our Dublin office, where she now oversees daily operations throughout the company.

She also leads our Quality and Compliance functions, ensuring best practices are maintained both on-site and off-site. Niamh plays a key role in upholding our ISO and Safe-T-Cert certifications, driving continuous improvement across all areas of the company while working closely alongside senior management.

As the daughter of MD Mark O'Rourke, Niamh is deeply passionate about M&P Mechanical and is dedicated to following in her father’s footsteps. With a strong desire to make him proud, she approaches her role with integrity, ambition, and a keen eye for improvement. Under the guidance of senior management, she continually works to ensure the company operates at its very best; supporting its growth, strengthening its standards, and championing the values that M&P Mechanical was built on.
