Philip Martin is one of M&P Mechanical's longest-serving team members, having been with the company since 2012. As one of the original members of the business, Philip has played an integral role in M&P Mechanical's growth and success, helping to establish the reputation for quality, reliability and professionalism that the company is known for today.

With extensive experience in the industry, Philip specialises in the successful delivery of large-scale residential developments. Throughout his career, he has managed and completed projects comprising thousands of residential units, consistently delivering high-quality mechanical installations while maintaining programme deadlines, safety standards and client expectations.

As Senior Project Manager, Philip is responsible for coordinating every stage of project delivery, from planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover.

His calm leadership, attention to detail and commitment to delivering successful outcomes have made him a trusted Project Manager across many of M&P Mechanical's flagship residential developments.
