​Our Private Works Division operates at the heart of M&P Mechanical’s hands-on success, delivering bespoke mechanical solutions for private clients and specialist projects. This close-knit team works directly alongside Managing Director, Mark O’Rourke, and Operations Director, TJ Collier, ensuring that every project reflects the company’s trademark quality, efficiency, and personal touch.

Leading the way are Conor McCabe, who has been with M&P Mechanical since 2015, and Mark Heavey, who joined in 2023. Together, they form the backbone of the Private Works team; two highly skilled and dedicated professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results.
