Our Purchasing Department plays a vital role in supporting every project across M&P Mechanical. Led by Aisling Lawless, the team ensures smooth procurement operations, strong supplier relationships, accurate tracking, and consistent communication across the business.

Together, Aisling, Amanda, Eoin and Jodie bring a blend of experience, precision, and adaptability that drives efficiency and supports our high operational standards.

Amanda Bourke - Senior Purchasing and Vendor Performance

Amanda has been a core member of the Purchasing Department since 2021. Bringing deep procurement knowledge and reliability, she ensures a smooth and compliant flow of materials across all projects. Highly skilled in analytical reporting and supplier performance measurement, Amanda plays a crucial role in maintaining accuracy and transparency throughout the supply chain. Her expertise is central to the department’s continued efficiency and quality.

Eoin Lynham - Purchasing Administrator

Eoin joined M&P Mechanical in 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Known for his excellent communication and professional rapport with suppliers, he ensures orders, enquiries, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and accurately. Eoin provides vital support to senior purchasers, helping maintain strong supplier relationships, track order progress, and assist with cost and materials coordination across all projects.

Jodie Kelly - Purchasing & Accounts Support

Joining the company in 2025, Jodie provides dual support to both the purchasing and accounts teams. Working closely with both Aisling and Niamh, she contributes to smooth financial and operational workflows while assisting with day-to-day procurement activities. Adaptable and eager to learn, Jodie brings a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, making her a dependable and valued resource across the business.
