The Purchasing Department is led by Aisling Lawless, who joined M&P Mechanical in 2024. Beginning her journey as a Purchasing Administrator, Aisling’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset enabled her to progress into a leadership role in a remarkably short time. With guidance from both Kevin Murphy and Niamh O’Rourke as they transitioned into new positions within the company, Aisling has demonstrated an impressive willingness to learn and an ability to adapt quickly to growing responsibilities. Aisling has played a key role in implementing a new, fully integrated purchasing system tailored to M&P Mechanical’s operational needs; significantly improving tracking, communication, and overall efficiency across the business. Her emerging leadership skills, combined with her commitment to continuous improvement, have quickly established her as a valued and trusted member of the team. Aisling continues to contribute positively to the company’s growth, helping to drive structure, consistency, and high standards within the purchasing function.
Supporting Aisling is Amanda Bourke has been a core member of M&P Mechanical’s Purchasing Department since 2021, bringing extensive knowledge, precision, and reliability to all procurement operations. As Senior Purchaser, Amanda plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth, efficient, and compliant flow of materials across all projects. Highly skilled in procurement analytics, Amanda specialises in statistical reporting, supplier grading, and performance measurement in line with ISO standards; ensuring full transparency, accuracy, and consistency across the entire supply chain. A valued and trusted member of the M&P Mechanical team, Amanda’s expertise continues to play an essential part in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance across the business.
Eoin Lynham joined M&P Mechanical in 2024 and has quickly become a reliable and valued member of the Purchasing Department. As Purchasing Administrator, Eoin provides essential support to the senior members of the team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily procurement activities across all projects. Known for his excellent phone manner, clear communication, and professional rapport with suppliers, Eoin ensures that orders, enquiries, and follow-ups are handled efficiently and accurately. Eoin plays an important role in maintaining effective supplier relationships, tracking order progress, and assisting with cost and materials coordination.
Jodie Kelly joined M&P Mechanical in 2025 as the newest member of the Purchasing Department and has quickly become a valued support to both the purchasing and accounts teams. In her dual role, Jodie assists with day-to-day procurement activities while also working closely with Niamh O’Rourke on accounts administration, contributing to smooth financial and operational workflows across the business. Eager to learn and highly adaptable, Jodie brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to her role. Her flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to take on new tasks make her a dependable resource for colleagues and site teams alike.
