With extensive experience, Ronan specialises in managing complex housing projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring every stage is delivered to the highest standards.

As Project Manager, Ronan is responsible for coordinating site operations, managing programmes, overseeing subcontractors and maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants and design teams. His organised and proactive approach enables projects to progress efficiently while ensuring quality, health and safety, and programme objectives remain at the forefront.
