These Project Managers have grown alongside the business, developing their skills through hard work, hands-on experience, and a shared commitment to excellence. Many began their journeys on the tools and worked their way into leadership positions, embodying the same progression and opportunity that M&P Mechanical continues to offer to all team members.

Supporting them is our wider site workforce - a team of skilled plumbers, apprentices, and laborer's who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and teamwork to every project. Our apprentices are a vital part of M&P Mechanical’s future, learning from experienced mentors and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of complex mechanical installations. We take great pride in seeing our apprentices grow within the company, many of whom go on to become qualified tradespeople and future leaders within our team. Among them is Killian Murphy, proudly recognised as Apprentice of the Year 2025; a reflection of his dedication, work ethic, and the strength of the M&P Mechanical Apprentice Programme. Killian has contributed to a number of key projects, consistently demonstrating reliability, technical growth, and a positive attitude on site. His success highlights the quality of training, mentorship, and progression we continue to invest in as we develop the future leaders of our workforce.

Behind the scenes, our stock control team is led by Noel Farrell who plays an equally important role, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are managed efficiently and delivered to site on time. Their coordination and attention to detail keep operations running smoothly and help maintain our high standards of organization and productivity.

Every member of the M&P team plays a vital role in our success story; from apprentices just starting their careers to seasoned professionals leading large-scale projects. We operate as one extended family, united by shared values of respect, quality, and integrity, and a common goal: to deliver mechanical solutions that stand the test of time. At M&P Mechanical, we take great pride in the loyalty and longevity of our people. It’s this stability, combined with genuine teamwork and mutual respect, that allows us to deliver consistently high standards and build lasting relationships with our clients.
