TJ Collier brings over 25 years of experience in the mechanical and construction industry and has been an integral part of M&P Mechanical since joining in 2013. Having built a long-standing and trusted professional relationship with Managing Director Mark O’Rourke, TJ has played a central role in shaping the company’s operational culture and delivery standards.

Beginning his journey with M&P Mechanical as a Senior Plumber, TJ’s technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high standards quickly stood out. His strong leadership qualities supported his progression through the roles of Project Manager and Contracts Manager before taking on his current position as Operations Director.

Widely respected across the organisation, TJ is known for his calm, solution-focused approach and his ability to build strong relationships with site teams, office staff, clients, and partners. As Operations Director, he oversees day-to-day operations across all sites, mentors emerging leaders, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
