🔥 Claremont, Howth — Full Mechanical Package Completed 🔧🏗️

We’re proud to showcase our Claremont Residential Development case study in collaboration with our client Walls Construction Limited, along with their client Marlet Property Group.

Located on Howth Road, Dublin 13, this large-scale development includes 512 apartments across four blocks, along with a gym, crèche, retail units, café, and restaurant; all powered by a highly efficient district heating network designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned by our team 💪

At the heart of the project lies a central energy centre, featuring high-efficiency condensing boilers, Combined Heat & Power (CHP) units, and air-to-water heat pumps, delivering sustainable, low-carbon energy to every apartment and facility on-site 🌿⚙️
