🏗 Clongriffin Phase 1 — Works Underway!

We’re proud to announce that we are officially on site for our client Walls Construction Limited to commence work on the Clongriffin development (Blocks 5 & 6) in Dublin 13, commissioned by the The Land Development Agency 

This exciting project will deliver 408 high-quality, A-rated one-, two-, and three-bed apartments across two blocks ranging from three to seven storeys.

Over the past few weeks, our M&P Mechanical team has been gradually mobilising onsite, with the site office now delivered and fully operational. Contracts Manager James Lyons and Project Manager Darren O’Neill are all systems go, leading the way as we begin this landmark development.
