We’re proud to announce that M&P Mechanical has been shortlisted in the Domestic Project of the Year category at the Ireland's Plumbing & Heating Magazine Awards Ireland 2025 for our work on the Carriglea Residential Project, Co. Dublin. 👏

Delivered for our client GoldenPort, this multi-unit residential development on the Naas Road comprises 397 high-spec apartments, each fully fitted with modern plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.

Under the direction of Contracts Manager TJ Collier and Project Manager Dean Hussey, the M&P team installed a complete mechanical package; including a Joule Group Ltd Modulair EAHP, providing an efficient and sustainable solution for every apartment. At the project’s peak, up to 30 M&P personnel were on-site, ensuring work was completed to the highest quality and within tight delivery timeframes.

Carriglea was a true team effort, with IN2 Engineering as design engineers, Burke-Kennedy Doyle Architects, and Golden Port as both main contractor and developer. Collaboration and communication across all parties ensured a smooth, high-standard delivery; a hallmark of M&P’s commitment to excellence.

Tj Collier commented, “We’re lucky to have a great crew of skilled and dedicated tradesmen and management. Everyone pulls together and works well as a team, that teamwork was key to the success of Carriglea.”

This project is a fantastic example of M&P Mechanical’s ability to deliver large-scale residential developments that combine technical expertise, sustainability, and precision - and we’re honoured to see it recognised on a national stage. 🌟

Congratulations to everyone involved; a well-deserved achievement for the entire Carriglea team!

Best of Luck to the rest of the finalists on the night 🥳
