M&P Mechanical is privileged to announce that we have been awarded the mechanical works package for the latest major residential development by The Land Development Agency (LDA) in Clongriffin Town, Dublin 13, is the recently appointed main contractor Walls Construction.
This award builds on the success of our work on the award-winning #ShanganaghCastle Estate project in Shankill, Dublin 18—another significant collaboration between the #LDA and #WallsConstruction. M&P Mechanical are proud to contribute once again to one of Ireland’s largest state residential developments currently underway.
Service design coordination is already underway to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery from the outset by our in-house engineering department and procurement team.
Our experienced and dedicated team—led by our newly appointed Contracts Manager, James Lyons alongside our Project Manager, Darren O’Neill—will be on the ground with our skilled site personnel to bring this ambitious project to life.
