From day one, Killian has shown dedication to learning his trade, supporting his teammates, and representing our company values on every project.

At M&P Mechanical, we take immense pride in developing young talent. Many of our apprentices begin their plumbing careers with us and continue to grow within the company - progressing into qualified plumbers, site supervisors, and project leads. Our goal is simple: to provide the right training, mentorship, and support so that every apprentice has the opportunity to thrive.
